I had been thinking that I couldn't possibly face another sickly concoction from the local supermarket, yet I didn't really feel capable of producing a birthday cake fit to be seen by the mums who would bringing their children to the party. Problem solved!
I contacted Daniella by phone and discussed what was required. It was as simple as that. Her prices are very reasonable, the cakes (yes two!) tasted delicious and looked great.

The idea of going through the reseach process again this year was just too much to coop with! Out of desperation and in need of help we decided to contact Costa del sol au pair since at the moment we are in this area. From then on it has been just a great collaboration and service. First of all is not an agency like the many that are advertised on the internet. She is a real person coming to see you, interviewing the family, asking all the important questions needed to find a caring and responsible person who will share with the family so much time. Someone to express all your doubts and requests. She interviewed her contacts and we did the same via phone. The first offer of an au pair was just the right one. It fitted our time requests, character and also language. She did a contract for both sides and is making sure all runs smoothly. Furthermore the cost for her work is less than some internet subscription for an agency you will never have a contat with other than through e-mails and your bureaucratic work is all done by her. We will keep referring to this agency for our needs not just when in Costa del Sol but while in other countries and we wish her business good luck!" (FBF, May 09)
