This great safari zoo situated in the north of the island and is an excellent wildlife and activity park.
The safari zoo is situated in the stunning Mallorcan countryside and offers fun for all the family.
You can drive through open enclosures and see animals like giraffes, rhinoceroses, zebras, gazelles, and gnus to name but a few.
A special highlight is their cheeky monkeys, so inquisitive are they that they will want to get up close and personal to you, so be prepared.
The safari tour is also a unique experience and something the whole family will enjoy. The zoo also has a great restaurant and several excellent playgrounds for children, so there is something for children of every age.

Boogie Baby, Palma Nova, Mallorca
Recommended by Natalie Hanton
Boogie Baby is unique in the way that it is fun for both parents and children. It is a monthly disco event, playing real tunes played by real DJ's. Guests range from English residents, Spanish through to Germans and even the occasional tourist....On the day there's a bouncy castle in an outside area, facepainting, bubble machine (this goes down a storm!), snacks, a baby chill out soft play area, balloons, massage (for the parents!) and much more, and there are also local dance groups coming in and putting on shows. This is all included in the entrance price of €9 per person in advance and €10 on the door. Non walkers go free. It's a fun afternoon, the kids love it and the parents are able to socialise, meet other parents and even enjoy a glass of wine.

Cala Esmeralda, Mallorca
Recommended by Digame Mallorca
Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful little beach situated just 14 kilometers from Portocolom. The name Esmeralda comes from the greenish blue colour of the water that twinkles with the rays of sun.
This small sandy cove that is backed by some pine trees and with some hotels and apartments around it is a great little place to spend the day. This is one of the beaches that belong to Cala d'Or and which is still quite unspoilt.
In the high of summer it can get quite busy with locals and tourists. It’s easy to get to by car and there is free parking right next to the beach.
