Midwife and health visitor Nayna Alonso runs this Mother and Baby group where you can come for all antenatal and postnatal advice and discuss parenting issues her and other mums and mums to be. From pregnancy and after. Get some advice, weigh baby and chat to other mums whilst the kids play. Light refreshments available. Fridays 10-12am. 6€ entrance.

Angels offer ante-natal classes, including breathing exercises and other useful information. Midwives/doulahs give advice and assistance with the newborn: helping to bath baby, breast feed and prevention of accidents, as well as night nannies to care for your baby so you can get some sleep.
