  1. Girona Grapevine

    Probably the main group for expats to meet in and aroundGirona. Mainly english-speaking, they meet once a week for a coffee morning and also offer the likes of art classes, lunches and outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming and horseriding for families too.

  2. Girona Excursion & Sporting Group

    The GEiEG is the Girona Excursion and Sporting Group and organizes a whole host of activities and excursions for children including Tennis, Rugby, Mountaineering, Judo, Water Polo, Swimming, gymnastics, a choir and traditional Sardanas dancing.

    Swimming classes for babies from 3 months upwards. There are also a range of water-based activities for children from 3-14 years

  4. Kung Fu classes

    White Crane Silat is a Chinese-Indonesian style Kung-Fu. Classes for children are held at the Centre Civic de Porqueres near Banyoles every week. They currently offer classes for children (6-12 years) and adolescents (13-17 years). Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm. Price: 25 euros a month.
