Constructed in the late 19th century this comfortable 9 bedroom Moorish style Masia is located in 2 hectares of private walled grounds. The grounds are superb with a tennis court, a 12 x 7 metre solar heated swimming pool and a small fishpond. The pool has its own shower room and toilets. A children’s play area with swings and a chute sits next to the pool. There are manicured lawns and towering palms and there is a barbeque dining area.
A “Bodega” provides lots of space for indoor activity with Ping Pong and entertainment centre.
There are many outside dining and seating options including covered terraces on two sides of the building with plenty of outside sofas, coffee tables, giant Moroccan lanterns and more dining tables.
The Masia itself comprises three floors and is very spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows flooding the interiors with light as well as fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
Ideal for weddings, conferences, filming, photo shoots and celebrations.
Situated just 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, CAN XICARRO is in area of Villanova i la Geltrú, just south of the popular beach resort of Sitges.
