Family-Friendly Holidays in Girona City

Girona is one of Spain´s most beautiful cities and is often overlooked by tourists, keen to get to the sunshine and beaches of the Costa Brava. It is well worth a visit, however, even if it is for just a few days. The city is divided into the old and new town, divided by the River Onyar and you can easily see most of the sights in a day (or you could spread it over a few days so the kids won´t get too tired!). There are a huge range of restaurants, shops and accommodation available for families, some of which we have listed below.
