Termes La Garriga describe themselves as a wellness hotel-thermal spa. Banys de Tredòs prides itself on being the highest Spa in Europe with no mobile phone coverage or television. It is a small, simple but friendly hotel (in the middle of a forest - in winter you can only access with 4x4 or snow chains) with a range of thermal treatments such as vichi showers, hidromassage as well as mud therapy and full body peeling.

Gran Hotel Balneari Blancafort
Located very close to Barcelona, Gran Hotel Balneari Blancafort is very famous for the properties of its thermal water. It is a luxury hotel and a real treat with four gourmet restaurants and 24 bar service. If you do want to take children then they offer a baby sitting service. The thermal centre is 3000m2 with a replica of a Roman Bath, where you can enjoy treatments from the Roman era and a thermal hydrotherapy pool with mineral-medicinal water. There is also another area with 12 separate rooms, each with a hydro-massage bath in which to enjoy hydro-thermal treatments, inhalations and aroma hydrotherapy, in addition to an area of complementary manual and mud therapies as well as an area for Vichy, Kneipp and sensorial showers. The most exclusive area of the thermal complex is the Oriental Zone, where you can choose international massages from Bali, Thailand and Japan.
