I am a graphic designer and I work as a freelance Art Director and run my own design studio in Sitges
What was your experience of relocating to Sitges with children?
Excellent. Thanks to Sitges International Playgroup we got to know loads of interesting people right away.
How well integrated would you say you and your children are?
Generally the whole family is very well integrated although it is more in the international community than in the local one. My son is perfectly integrated.

German
What is your impression of childcare and education in Sitges so far?
Very good.
What school do your children go to?
Public school: Agnes de Sitges
Why did you choose this school and are you happy with your choice?
It the school we have been sent to and we are very happy about it. It's a great school with a friendly and familiar atmosphere. There is a great mix of nationalities.
Where you live, how good are the facilities for children (shops, restaurants, activities etc)? We live in the center of town. Everything we need is at walking distance.
What do you think are the main advantages and disadvantages of being a parent from the International Community living in Sitges?
It is a fantastic experience to meet all these people from all over the world with totally different backgrounds and different reasons for being in Sitges. A disadvantage might be the lack of catalan language skills.
Is there anything you think would improve children´s lives in Sitges?
Shorter school days. Less construction works going on.
What advice would you give for anyone having a baby or thinking of relocating to Sitges with children?
Go ahead!

The sea.
