"Last year, my wife, two children and I decided to move to Barcelona for a year’s “sabbatical” from New York City. As one might imagine, gathering up enough belongings and making the necessary preparations for a year abroad can be daunting challenge. Beatriz not only made this move a huge success, but she also was always ready to help us throughout the year whenever the need arose. Through her firm, we were able to: find housing, have the necessary arrangements made for our smooth move into the apartment, make school visits, take care of needed banking connections and be provided with a very handy guide book to life in Barcelona. And through all of this Beatriz was also available, in person or by phone or through one of her assistants, to answer our every question in a thoughtful, confronting manner. BRS is comprehensive in its knowledge and offering of services in and around Barcelona. I recommend them highly to anyone thinking of relocation to Barcelona or its surrounding neighborhoods" (RM, Feb 2011)

"Kirstin is a very positive and intuitive person. She has helped me to overcome difficulties in very different aspects in my life. When I started working with her, I felt depressed, insecure and confused. I used to see everything negatively. Since my first session she has been an incredible help in my lifestyle. I would really recommend her to anyone for whatever reason, working or personal" (MJC, Jan 2012)

Comments:
"I moved to Madrid from the UK with my husband and our then 4 month old, nearly 2 years ago. Matrix Relocations made the whole process much less stressful, I couldn't recommend them enough. Our consultant was Nancy Heine who contacted us even before we moved to Madrid so when I arrived to house hunt I felt like I already knew her. She looked after us all the way through the move, which I think is unusual for this kind of service. She helped us find a place to live, showed us around the neighbourhood we were moving to, gave us a relocation guide which contained every piece of information we could possibly need. She helped us obtain our NIE (lots of red tape but she made it pain free), helped us register with a local doctor.....the list goes on! Moving abroad with a new born is totally scary especially when you can't speak the language but Nancy and Matrix Relocations looked after us from start to finish and I dread to think how we would have done all these things without them" (CG, Jan 2011)

TV satellite installation - Sky in Madrid
Recommended by Steph Valler
SkyinMadrid was formed in 2005 by Michael Bennett, an expatriate English designer with a passion for gadgets and broadcasting. TheUnion Jack Sky remote company quickly found a ready market for quality satellite installations amongst the British and Irish community in Madrid, and later amongst English- speaking Spaniards.
Comments:
Having UK television installed in Madrid is a costly and difficult process, this is due to the location of Madrid and the size of the Satellite dish required. We found Kurt extremely helpful and very knowledgable. Initially he came to the house, took readings and went through the options available to us. He then took care of the ordering of equipment and installation. Speaks fluent English
