Hi again. If there's anyone out there who knows the area and can help me out with an opinion on this I'd be eternally grateful. At the same time as looking for a future school for our 1 and 2.5 yr old, we are also trying to decide where to live. My partner works in the Las Tablas/Sanchinarro/Alcobendas area and we're currently living just off the A6 in Las Rozas. We looking at anywhere between these two areas. We're weighing up lots of issues here. Here are a few of the must haves/would like to haves:

Near to a good public/concertado school, plus instituto for later and polideportivo
Urbanización (tennis, swimming pool, gardens, minimum 4 bedrooms)
Close to shops, railway stn, bus stops
Greenery (nearby parks/views of mountains would be nice)
Near to the A6 would be handy as my partner has family in Palencia
Not too expensive (I know, I want it all...)

Any suggestions you can give would be greatly appreciated.
